Her final role at ELC was as the Senior Vice President and General Manager in North America for the Estee Lauder brand, Tom Ford Beauty, and Aerin Beauty.  Nancy also teaches “The Business of Beauty'' as an Adjunct Professor at Florida State University. She was appointed to teach in their London Program in summer of 2022 and will teach at FSU’s Florence campus in 2024.
