It chronicles the life of Jesus of Nazareth, from his birth, to his teachings, to his death and resurrection. Each of the four Gospels work together to paint a picture of Jesus, and Matthew’s Gospel shows us Jesus as Teacher. This book is filled with the teachings of Jesus focusing on what relationship with God is really like and how that relationship is embodied in him.
