Navigating the Generation Gap

New grads? Old grads? Gap grads? Join the DVMDivas as they dig into questions Melissa received while presenting to the Iowa State Veterinary School's Veterinary Business Management Association group a few weeks ago. The students had lots of questions about working with the "older" generation. While we decided we are NOWHERE near being the "older" generation--we did decide that we're *comfortably* in the "gap"--we're not old but we're definitely not new. This "gap" positioning gives us a unique perspective that we can all learn from! Then as we do, we round out the episode with Maria's win turned to a fail, Melissa has a hack we all may need here shortly and Ann has a surgery win that ties in relying on what you've learned.
