Gemma found herself at that crossroads last October, when she was made redundant. Setting up her own consulting business had always been in her 5-year plan. Initially, she had thought about applying for other jobs, but none of the roles she saw were a great fit, and with her redundancy monies, she decided it was time to take the leap.Gemma talks openly and honestly about not missing the corporate world, and now having the freedom to innovate and opportunities to be creative and is now excited at the start of every day, eager to see what she can achieve.
