You are an incredible person with so much to give to the world." "Don't let worrying about what other people think about you, hold you back – the people you imagine criticizing you aren't even anything to do with your life." "Don't judge, don't compare, don't beat yourself up." HEAR MORE ABOUT ESTHER NAGLE: Esther Nagle overcame a 20-year alcohol addiction by training intensely as a yoga teacher. The 13-month preparation transformed  her life in other ways : she quit smoking, beat insomnia and markedly improved her physical and mental health. Esther writes "I had little self-respect and self -love before I started drinking." Her resilience to stress, whilst not good to start with, deteriorated drastically over the years. She quit her job at the time after a breakdown. Yoga helped Esther to let go of regret, resentment, blame and rage. She's been sober since 2014. Esther wrote a book "Bent Back Into Shape: Beating Addiction Through Yoga." Esther's battles started to end the day she realised she was falling apart. A Yoga training course showed her that there was a different way she could live, and she stepped gleefully into a life of happiness, healing and recovery. Sober since October 2014 after 20 years of addiction, Esther now uses her experiences and wisdom to help others through writing, speaking and teaching.   ONE BOOK YOU SHOULD READ Bent Back into Shape: Beating Addiction Through Yoga CONNECT WITH ESTHER NAGLE Facebook Business Page LinkedIn Twitter CONNECT WITH SASHKA Facebook Instagram Pinterest Twitter LinkedIn Want to be a guest on the podcast? Apply to be featured on the No Name Brand Podcast here.
