My guest will be Toni Samanielost a family member five years ago due to polypharmacy. One of the most volatile drugs was Cymbalta. When she learned more about this drug and others like it she became a passionate advocate. As an outlet for grief and her own healing she started two groups on Facebook: Prescription Drug Danger and Cymbalta Hurts Worse. Her passion in life is now to share the knowledge she's learned and to prevent needless suffering and tragedy whenever possible.Also seerxisk.org Peter Bertorelli will share his recent brush with a brain episode, as a result of a bad drug interaction. He suffered severe aphasia as a result, but thankfully, has seemingly resolved. Not all are so lucky. Negative drug interations in this over medicated society, is one of the fastest growing area of medical malpractice. We need always be as diligent as possible, and try to advocate for our own drug intake when we can. Negative results can be deadly. This show is a gathering place for anyone seeking recovery from the challenges of life on life's terms. We discuss useful tools that have helped us lighten the load, of our journey through recovery. This is a "we" recovery program, because it is in the "we," that we find the new "me." We focus on the four A's of Recovery: Awareness, Acceptance, Action and Adaptation.
