Are you called negative when you are honest? I wanted to do a podcast about negativity, which is a good thing. But, unfortunately, I think people believe that negative is wrong and it isn't. For the most part, being negative is a bad feeling we can all agree; it makes other people uncomfortable, and after a while, we get tired of ourselves. However, I implore you to take a different approach to negativity; it's a signal for change when we get negative. There is a shift in something in our lives, whether job, partner, education, or just life. The things that once pleased us lead our bodies to stress and annoyance. Essentially ask yourself, have you or anyone you know ever made a change in their life when they were in a positive space? Be honest. I am guessing the answer would be "NO." When we are positive, things are good, probably moving our way. Life is not about stagnation. It is about moving and, of course, resting in areas. However, we live to evolve. It's a part of humanness, and the only way to do that is to address those negative feelings.

K-Talk Therapy K Talk Now Hi my name is Kendall. Welcome to K-Talk Now! A place where we can hang out and talk. In my new limited-series podcast, K-Talk Therapy™, we chat about our mental health, a subject I’m very passionate about since I know so many of us are going through anxious times right now and it’s easy to feel like you’re alone. We’ll hear from experts in the field: the psychiatrists, psychologists, therapists, coaches, authors, and our most important guests: you, our listeners. We’ll also hear from celebrities who have come forward with their mental health issues. They want us to know we’re not alone in our struggles and my goal, along with theirs, is to save lives. I feel that if we have saved just one life through our talking and hanging out together, then I will have succeeded because you belong here. I lost my uncle through suicide, and I don’t know one person who hasn’t been affected by it, one way or another. Helping each other through the tough moments in our lives is why we’re connected Salt and Pepê Podcast Salt and Pepê Podcast A podcast by and for Filipinx women, especially the queer ones. <3 From the creators of K Talk, a successful Filipino podcast, comes yet another creative project by lifelong friends.
