Elizabeth Edwards and Donald DiPette, both of whom are on faculty in the department of internal medicine at the University of South Carolina in Columbia. They will offer healthcare providers an overview of conditions that can warrant a nephrology referral as well as provide insight into collaboration among providers when referring a patient.
