Ingrid Liland (34) er nestleder i Miljøpartiet de Grønne (MDG). Hun har besøkt "løvens hule" for å snakke med Ole Asbjørn Ness om et lite utvalg av de mange sakene de er uenig om.Hva er egentlig kjønn? For Ness er det enkelt. Det er definert utelukkende av biologien. Liland mener derimot at biologi er lite interessant. For henne er kjønnsidentitet tungtveiende, og hun vil gjerne se et Norge med en lav terskel for at alle skal få være seg selv, uten at vi deler mennesker inn i trange kjønnsroller.Skal Ness få lov å fortsette å spise kjøtt? Eller vil MDG tvinge ham til å spise vegetarburger om de får makt? Liland kan betrygge alle kjøttspisere om at partiet hennes ikke vil forby kjøtt, men at det er naturlig for politikere å blande seg inn i matvaner og å forsøke å påvirke hva folk spiser.MDG er ett av de få stortingspartiene som vil legalisere hasj. I andre vestlige land eksperimenteres det nå med både avkriminalisering og hasj. For Liland er det viktig å gå i en mer liberal retning fordi hun opplever at dagens ruspolitikk ikke fungerer.– I dag kan en 14-åring få tak i cannabis eller kokain uten at noen sjekker legitimasjon, eller at noen regulerer innholdet i stoffet, sier MDG-nestlederen.– Du tror det illegale markedet forsvinner om vi får disse stoffene inn på polet? spør Ness.– Ja.
