Cognitive Neuroscientist Dr. Jonas Kaplan defends boredom, busts brain myths, and talks the future of A.I. Dr. Jonas Kaplan is an Associate Professor of Psychology in the Brain and Creativity Institute at the University of Southern California in Los Angeles. Dr. Kaplan studies the human brain’s “default” mode and how that mode interacts with our ability to both be creative and navigate social relationships.
