Never feel like a bad mom again

from Nurturing Habit

This week's episode is a battle cry for independence. For your independence from feeling like you are trapped in a life that never quite makes sense. Like you are messing up, no matter what you do. Like it is always hard and frustrating. Like you are never quite getting the support and recognition that feels reasonable. Does that feel like your life? I say enough. I know how to help you not have to choose between personhood and motherhood. I know some of the tools to help us be both, and to help it feels so much better, even in the midst of the culture that makes us hard. I know a dozen ways you can lay the groundwork in your self, your home, your marriage, so that you can stand up to a culture that doesn't really respect or value you as a mom or even as a woman, and insist on respect and equality. What you'll learn in this episode: what it looks and feels like to live in a culture where you are not valued why it has been hard for me to speak up about these issues before, and why I'm doing it anyway what your life can be like, if you were no longer wrapped up in whether you are a good enough mom how you can learn more about the 12 tools that will make your life begin to make more sense Complete show notes for Episode 43 Connect with Doña on Instagram Get the Get Back In Control Of Your Life workbook and get regular updates about the podcast Find out how to work one on one with Doña
