The ladies then welcome their in-studio guest Stacey Garcia, who has a new podcast out called Never Miss A Monday. Stacey is a health and wellness advocate, former fitness trainer, and Reiki practitioner, who wanted to start a podcast on those topics but was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2024. Lynette and Stefanie ask Stacey about her journey over the last year dealing with her diagnosis, having surgery, telling her children, losing friends, and finding silver linings.
