New Filings: Demand for Alibi/Cancellation of Arraignment

Here we provide pure opinions, commentary and speculation concerning the reassignment of defense counsel to Mr. Wondra in this high profile criminal case which is currently proceeding in the State of Idaho concerning the tragic disappearance of Michael Vaughn. The prosecution has filed (1) demands for discovery and (2) a statutory demand for alibi from the defense.
