NEW: Halle Berry Fires Back In Court Filing, “I Would Never Hurt Our Child”

Halle Berry has filed an emergency request, asking the court to restore her 50/50 custody arrangement with her ex-husband Olivier Martinez regarding their 13-year-old son Maceo. Berry gives a very different account of what happened between her and Maceo on September 26th, saying she would never hurt her son. Martinez claimed Berry physically abused Maceo and placed him in a chokehold, which led a judge to issue a temporary restraining order against the Oscar winning actress.
