This standing is described as relying on the promises of God, which provides excitement even during trials because the believer knows God's power is greater than their limitations.Living by faith removes the fear of death and the devil. Faith provides hope for the "snatching away" or the rapture, where believers, both living and dead, will rise to be with Christ.
