The New Orleans Pelicans' 2024-25 season ended before it began. They didn't have a chance due to all their injuries, including a long-term one for Dejounte Murray. To top it all off, they fell three spots in the lottery. They'll be in a position to select one in the draft, but they seem far away from being competitive again.
