New voices, hope & inspiration for you in 2017 Eating Disorder Help

from Illuminating Anorexia & Eating Disorder Recovery

As we move into 2017 I will be bringing new voices, ideas and inspiration to help you SEE and GET FREE from your ED – voices of people struggling with ED, voices of people who have recovered from ED, voices of people working with ED, and voices from related fields that impact upon ED. Coming up I’ll be speaking with Ryan Sheldon a millennial guy with experience of binge-eating disorder, Julie Dillon RD, dietitian and host of the popular Love Food podcast, Kelly McJannett, 2016 ‘100 Women of Influence’ Award Winner (in a series I’m calling, “Inspiring people”), and Melinda Tankard Reist, author and advocate best known for her work addressing the sexualisation and objectification of women and girls in our culture. I will also be doing a mailbag section to address your concerns and questions.  I welcome your feedback. Let me know what helps, what hinders and what questions or concerns you have. Subscribe, rate and review. If this podcast is helping you, please pay it forward and help someone else. [email protected] @mp_sparkes
