New Year New Me? || Here is Why You Don't Meet Your Goals

Happy New Year Knowledge Seekers,  I am uber-excited to share this episode with you, especially in the spirit of new year and resolutions (for those who make them). I believe our goals don't work sometimes because we overestimate our capacity whilst underestimating our current realities.
