New Year's Reflections & The Herb of the Year: Black Cohosh

Today, we cozy up with a cup of tea and reflect on the gifts and challenges of 2023 and ideas and inspirations for the year ahead. Using the Flower Speaks Tarot Deck, we pull cards to explore the Spiritual, Mental, and Physical themes we expect to see in 2024. The cards illuminate our needs and provide insights into how we can achieve them.
