New York and the tropical season heat up

We’ve had several days of comfortable temperatures and low humidity, and we’ll have another couple more like that. A heatwave is anticipated next week, with the humidity gradually returning late this weekend. We’re also watching a couple of areas in the tropics, and models are signaling a more important system may form later next week.
