The Magpies lost at home for the first time since January as Brighton & Hove Albion goalkeeper Bart Verbruggen made a string of saves at St. James' Park.The Netherlands number one denied Newcastle time and time again, either side of a 35th-minute goal from Danny Welbeck - who was sadly stretchered off in the second period.
