NFL covid outbreak could impact entire league (10/7)

Today's word of the day is 'spaghettiOs" as in uh oh as in uh oh spaghettiO as in the NFL has a covid problem on its hands. Stephon Gilmore has tested positive for coronavirus following the Patriots and Chiefs game on Monday night. So now Cam Newton and Stephon Gilmore are out. The Tennessee Titans went one day without a new positive test, but now on Wednesday we have two more positive tests. These are major issues in the league. What will Roger Goodell and the NFL do (0:06)? Raise your hand if you watched 11 or 12 hours of baseball yesterday. I did. What happened in the Marlins-Braves game that stood out? The Marlins poked the bear. Sandy Alcantara hit Ronald Acuna after he homered off him in the first inning. The Braves responded by letting the bats fly (11:22). Giancarlo Stanton has come alive in the postseason. Homer after homer after homer after homer after homer. BUT! Did Aaron Boone blow it before the game even started (21:07)? What meaningful thing happened in the San Diego Padres game? Mike Clevinger started and made it through just one inning before leaving with an injury. Uh oh (27:53). Review - Wonder Woman (35:17). Doc Rivers lasted one day without a job in the NBA. He's the new coach of the Philadelphia 76ers and the things he said at his introductory press conference were so ridiculous. We need to talk about this.
