NHC monitoring three areas in the Atlantic for possible development

The National Hurricane Center is monitoring three areas in the Atlantic for possible tropical development. NOAA’s prediction for below-normal activity in the Atlantic remains, thanks in part to El Niño conditions, which tend to prevent tropical storms from forming or from getting stronger once they do.
