In our chat with Nia… We focus on perception. Nia’s mission is through perception therapy; to help people find the “WE” in their life. Nia states that life is a game and our perception is the key to why we react the way we do in events that occur in our life. What is perception? As Nia beautifully explained to us, perception is the willingness to step into other people’s shoes. Being able to see the circle from all the way around. Being able to see the entire picture. By doing that, we get one step closer in understanding our purpose in this game called life. Nia explains that in order to get a new perception we need to seek the truth. In order to seek the truth, we have to ask questions and when we ask questions we get answers. Answers that have always been there but we just never asked the question before. “Ask and you will receive”. As previously mentioned on a previous podcast “Life is happening FOR you and NOT TO you”. Nia proves the above saying with the simplest examples so it’s easy to understand and stresses the fact that our belief system is linked to our perception. Step one is to realize why our perception is the way it is and then look deep into our very core. Why do we have them? Where did they come from? Is it truly something we believe or is it something we could have believed years ago and now things have changed? Is our belief system truly ours or something we have adopted from our family? Finally, we touched base on words and how powerful they are. We can shift perception just by changing a word. Imagine what we could do if we changed our whole vocabulary! Words can cause or just simply save us from trauma. Success to Nia is: “When the time comes to pass on to a different dimension, to have my consciousness clear and be able to have loved, created and prepared my daughter for this crazy ride. ” Nia’s message to women is: “Make sure you put yourself into someone else’s shoes.” To connect with Nia, find her on the following platforms: FB: Νία Φώη–Nia Foes Instagram: @niafoes Email: [email protected]
