The Ireland Palestine Solidarity Campaign Roscommon branch have engaged in various campaigns to raise awareness about the ongoing struggles that Palestinians are facing, and they are hosting a FREE family day event on Sunday, 31st August from 12pm to 4pm in Strokestown Park. This will be a coming together of community, a celebration of the Palestine culture and a way for people to stand in solidarity with the people of Palestine. There will be live music, cooking demos, drumming workshops, face painting, pizza, ice cream and much more. Adrianne speaks to Niall O’Sullivan of the IPSC Roscommon to discuss the event and the work that they have been doing.
