Nick Ogden - Opportunities in Real Estate

Nick takes pride in his attention to detail and client relationships in an effort to make sure every “i” is dotted and every “t” is crossed! He is an intersectional thinker where he strives to create safe and welcoming spaces for everyone in conversation and community. Although Nick was originally born in Massachusetts, he grew up in Clayton Park, Halifax where he watched his community rapidly change year after year. Since 2013, Nick pursued post-secondary education in Audio Engineering and a Bachelors Degree in Business Management at Dalhousie University. Although his interest in real estate was piqued at a young age, he found it aligned with his passion for business as an adult and has since owned and managed income properties since 2018. Where Nick is starting his career with experience on the other side of the license, he comes with an intimate understanding of the budgetary constraints of a first-time-home-buyer.
