Fresnadillo, the film's director, talks of flipping traditional fairytale storytelling upside down, working with the actors, and pulling off nearly half-hour-long shots of Brown. He also touches on how getting Lykke Li to cover Johnny Cash's "Ring of Fire" elevated the film to a new level.For his part, Robinson talks about his love for playing darker characters, as they challenge him to go in-depth into their motivations.
