Nirjala Ekadashi

In Kali-yuga—the age of quarrel and hypocrisy, when Vedic principles are diminished or greatly restricted, and when proper charity, ancient Vedic practices, and sacred ceremonies are rarely observed—how can people become purified? The scriptures give us a simple and merciful opportunity: by observing Ekadashi, one can become freed from the reactions of past sins.
