The Nkabinde Inquiry into suspended Gauteng DPP Andrew Chauke's fitness to hold office resumed today in Pretoria. its Chairperson, retired Justice Bess Nkabinde, has urged evidence leaders to call the next witness to maintain progress while resolving Advocate Shamila Batohi's dispute over legal representation. The outgoing NDPP had excused herself last month after a heated cross-examination.
