NLD and Censoring Your Thoughts Before They Become Sentences

Do you censor your thoughts before they become sentences so that they sound ‘okay,’ ‘normal’ or ‘good’ to you once you speak? Whether you’re a neurotypical or neurodivergent,  I’m sure we all do this to different degrees.
