Do you struggle with positive self-talk because of being a neurodivergent or neurotypical? Why do you struggle with it? And how do you try to improve it so it’s not so much of a struggle? I want to explore these questions today because I’ve been trying to have better self-talk ever since I lost 40 lbs for the 4th time in my life and am trying to keep it off. I also want to help encourage others not only neurodivergent, men, and women but everyone else and neurotypicals too.
