NLD, Emotions and Therapy

This episode will be about NLD and emotions. How I have dealt with them in my childhood, pre-teens, high school, college and adult years. A few factors that changed how I dealt with them was NLD, my childhood sexual abuse, love relationships, and being conned by someone that I thought that loved me.
