NLD, Making Big Life Decisions, Changes, and Living with Regrets

Have you ever had to make a big life decision and didn’t know how to make it? Have you ever regretted the decisions you made in your past? Or felt like there was too much change going on in your life for you to handle?I have been wrestling a personal decision for months now that involves my traumatic past, I haven’t come to a conclusion on it yet.
