NM78 | Novelist Hari Kunzru on his life in cyberculture

The author of such brilliantly apophenic novels as Gods Without Men, Red Pill, and White Tears, Hari Kunzru talks with NM shortly before the release of his latest book, Blue Ruin (Knopf), which is sited between two art worlds some 25 years apart. Currently based in New York, Hari spent the 90s in the UK, in part at Warwick University alongside the Cybernetic Culture Research Unit (CCRU), then as a staff writer for the early issues of Wired UK and as a contributing editor of Mute, visioning (decades before the rest of us) how the internet would impact the neoliberal subject.
