No Comparisons

It is so refreshing and like a breath of fresh air when we stop looking around at others and comparing ourselves to them. We are all at a different pace, ability and timing in regards to our progress and being recruited Staying focused on what we can control is the key! But I also believe being grateful for the little things in our lives will release us from a lot of anxiety. It is so important to go to practice and meets focused on you and not looking around at others.
