No Constitutional right for Trump!

How many rights has trump been denied by the DOJ in their quest to destroy him?  His First Amendment rights? The gag order denied him freedom of speech. His 2nd Amendment rights?  Denied him the right to own a gun. Then the 4th Amendment: the papers of Mar a Lago unlawfully seized. The National Archives had asked for documents, and Mr Trump gave them whatever they wanted. Jack Smith needed a show trial.  6th amendment: “tried by a jury of your peers.” The jury in the Manhattan case were Democrats, and they were all from Manhattan where 90% of the vote went for Biden.  7th Amendment:  “no excessive fines.” Trump was fined $500 million for a crime that didn’t really happen.
