Desde algunas corrientes de la psicología de la autoayuda y el coaching se ha vendido la idea de que todos tenemos todos los recursos para conseguir lo que queramos. Frases como el cielo es el límite o que los únicos límites que hay son los de tu mente tienen gran acogida entre la gente, sobretodo en aquella que está buscando un cambio en su vida. Y eso no está mal si nos lo tomamos simplemente como una frase motivacional, sin más. Si no creemos a pies juntillas en esas afirmaciones. Porque el problema de esas afirmaciones es que no son totalmente ciertas. Por mucho que nos gustara pensar que es así, que no existen límites, la realidad es otra. Porque una de las características que tiene la realidad es el hecho de ser muy tozuda y no dejarse influenciar por frases grandilocuentes.
