No Is A Full Sentence

I am forever pushing myself when I mentally can't and honestly shouldn't. Saying no is not easy for me and I always say no is a full sentence but I don't take my own advice in that manor. I am constantly giving from an empty cup and that is not okayI have recognized that and gotten myself back into therapy but it is constant work on myself and it is mentally taxing and exhausting.
