Value propositions had to change, membership offerings had to adapt, and how organisations reached prospect members had to adjust to this new normal. In this week's episode, Andrew and Elisa wanted to dive deep into the ways associations have been dealing with this change in the recruitment and retention of members. To do this, we invited two special guests to discuss what membership looked like throughout 2020 and what it looks like for 2021. Robyn Brently and Matt Dale are both from the UK & Ireland SAP User Group. Robyn is the Corporate Account Manager, and Matt is Head of Business Development.
