Nobody Needs An AI Strategy
from The Nathan Bridger Podcast Hosted by Nathan Bridger
Someone posted in one of the big chiro Facebook groups about their agency burning money on Google ads and getting nowhere. I commented that I use Claude to run mine. Since then I have had the same question a dozen times, in almost the same words: how do you even do this? Everyone asking believes they are asking a technical question. They are not. They are asking for permission. This is not a list of seven things to automate... that list is useless in a month. It is not a pitch for replacing your CA, which it does not do. It is about the gap between knowing this stuff exists and doing one useful thing with it, and why almost everyone is stuck in that gap for a reason they would not guess. What is in this one: - Why nobody starts, and why it has nothing to do with capability - What I was actually paying agencies for, including the one who bought a phone number that used to belong to a mechanic - What runs on its own now and what I still check every week - The owner in Adelaide who offered to buy what I had built, and why I sent him the file instead - The Google tag I misconfigured that quietly killed my rebookings - Why I wasted months trying to rebuild my whole practice ecosystem before I built a single block - Three things you can do about it, the first one in the car - The one boundary I will not cross, and why scope is the answer rather than enthusiasm Start from simplicity and build to complexity. If you start from complexity, you will not know when it is getting it wrong. DM me ADS on Instagram and I will send you the build file.
