Noémi Beres 🎙️came on my show today and revealed how art and creativity keeps her spirit alive when times are tough. She was at some of her darkest moments in her room listening to music and making mosaics. The thing is she didn't stay in the dark long because she would take her art out into the wild and connect with others. Always find your purpose and what makes you happy.
