Results of an independent autopsy has been revealed. The pathologist who conducted the second autopy rules Nolan Wells’ cause and manner of death are   “undetermined,” pending investigation. The pathologist found red discoloration on the back of Nolan's head. But due to the fact that body parts were missing  and some procedure were incomplete hindered a final ruling.
