Non-custodial Parental Abduction and Alienation of Children Jodi Mueller has been fighting for access to her children after they were illegally taken from her by her ex-husband. He took them to Iowa where he had a sympathetic court system that has refused to make her husband return them to her even though she has been given custody in Texas where they lived. Her ex-husband has been slowly convincing her children that she is a bad mother and does not care about them, a process called Parental Alienation. In her efforts to find allies in her fight to get her children back she has discovered that Mother's Day is the most common day for women in her position to commit suicide.
