The Dubeast Coaches Show is back with Head Coach Marcus Gold as we break down the first two weeks of the season and look ahead to the start of district play.In Week 1, the Raiders came out swinging with a 63-17 statement win over McKinney North, piling up 443 yards of total offense and showing off a balanced attack led by new quarterback Jaiden McLemore in his impressive debut.Week 2 brought chaos and resilience – after long lightning delays and a shortened game, Wylie East outlasted McKinney Boyd 28-24 in a shootout first half. We highlight big performances from McLemore (226 yards, 3 TDs), Amarean Porter (135 yards, 1 TD), and clutch plays from Jonathan Utubor and Victor Ekpo that kept the Raiders perfect at 2-0.Now, all eyes are on Week 3 as the Raiders return home to Wylie ISD Stadium for the District 9-6A opener against Lakeview Centennial.
