Nostalgia. How Does It Make You Feel?

from Mindful Guidance Hosted by Mishayla Spendlove

On this episode, I talk about NOSTALGIA. I have been thinking lately about how nostalgia and social media memories can be affecting our mental health. While I realize nostalgia has a place in our lives; reminiscing about the past can bring a lot of laughter and joy to us, I have a sense that too much reminiscing can possibly lead to a sense of longing for a time that no longer exists. I know I can only come from my own experiences, and I personally never feel like sitting in nostalgia too long, but I would love to hear how you all feel about it!
