Meet Simba Khaira, A friend of mine for over a decade, Simba and I met in our early 20’s. We were two brown brothers united through our social circles, gym and loving the hustle and grind. However like most men, we are great at sharing the good and not so open about sharing the struggles. Simba although fit and strong in his early 20’s was suffering from ankylosing spondylitis, an inflammatory disease of the spine and body which riddles people of their movement and livelihood. At the same time I was battling with my cluster headaches. And yet up until recently neither of us knew about each others battles.
