Cath Dillon, owner and host shares her journey to creating such a stand out holiday stay and why she decided to create something so unique.  It was a risk and it turns out it was worth it, with the property being booked solid with guests for birthdays, hens nights, baby showers as well as by celebrities. The Coconut Crib at Burleigh is the 12th property Cath and her business partner have renovated. They wanted to do something very different to stand out and differentiate the apartment from all the others at Burleigh.
