Happy Birthday Dad! Wishing my 84 year old father "good cheer" seems an appropriate place to start today... it being his birthday and all. Why, then, did I start this day's actual recording with a somewhat pathetic apology for the pile of hong kong phooey that ensues? Rather than paying recognition to the man who brought you into existence? Well... one factor might be how high I am. Ok. Obviously that could be a factor... possibly. And we know how forgetful I am. And how likely I am to lose my train of thought which makes me prone to derailing any thought at any time, even thoughts I was trying to complete as I'm completing them which immediately turns into a scramble of some verbal reactive dexterity in an attempt to save face coherently but having no recollection now where it all began and therefore why we're here... I simply wander around until I say something that sounds like it should have a period after it abruptly putting an end to my current chop suey conversational charade. And then we move on.
