Coaching changes are coming on the defensive side of the ball at Notre Dame as Len Clark reports.The Irish are moving defensive line coach Al Washington into the linebacker’s room. Washington replaces Max Bullough, who departed for Michigan State. To fill the defensive line coach vacancy, Notre Dame is set to hire Charlie Partridge from the Indianapolis Colts . Partridge previously worked alongside Notre Dame defensive coordinator Chris Ash at Wisconsin, Arkansas and Drake, bringing familiarity — and experience — to the Irish defensive front.
