Notre Dame took control where it mattered most — in the trenches to keep its College Football Playoff hopes alive. Len Clark Reports.13th-ranked Notre Dame powered past No. 20 Southern Cal 34-24, fueled by a dominant rushing attack that piled up 306 yards. Jeremiyah Love led the way with 228 yards and a touchdown on 24 carries, while Jadarian Price added 87 and returned a kickoff 102 yards for a score. USC quarterback Jayden Maiava threw for 328 yards and two touchdowns, but the Trojans were one-dimensional — managing just 2.3 yards per rush. Notre Dame flipped the script with balance and ball control, holding the ball five minutes longer and forcing three turnovers that led to points.
